Jo woke up today and decided he wanted his hair shorter.  Soon everyone was getting a trim.  Well, almost everyone.

Julia & Patrick had an intimate little wedding on the Riverwalk in San Antonio.

It was perfect for 2 reasons.
1: It was just family and a few close friends.  This allowed them time with everyone important to them.
2: It was in the afternoon which meant I got to go to Fiesta Texas that morning and ride roller coasters. :)

Julia was all about her shoes so my camera game them a little extra attention.

It’s October.  Julia decided to “raise awareness” by having everyone wear a bracelet. :)

Next up was dinner and a boat ride.  So much fun.

That’s right folks, it’s time for another installment of the A List.  Things I find cool, interesting, or random.  Here we go.

1. Rdio:  If I was granted one wish from Apple it would be for them to incorporate a subscription music service into iTunes.  I’m not sure the record labels will ever allow them to do it, but until they do Rdio is is where it’s at.  This is a website where you can listen to any song you want or download it to your phone for 10 bucks a month.  I’m sure many of you have and use Pandora, but I really love the ability to pick and choose what songs/albums I am listening to and Rdio makes this possible.  (There are also zero adds.)  They have a free trial, but I’m warning you.  You’ll be hooked.

2. Crocks: After putting them on the kids for a few years, Danielle finally talked me into trying a pair and I’m kinda hooked.  They are comfy and I don’t have to clip my toe nails as often as when I’m wearing flip flops. :)  I accidentally left the house wearing them with white socks the other day.  Holy moly I’m getting old.  Seriously.  Next thing you know I’ll show up to a wedding in them.  (They are black after all.)

3. YouTube Time Machine:  Crazy fun website where you move a dial and see clips that happened that year.  An easy way to kill 30 minutes at work.

Major, major props to both Ashely & Aric for being willing to do whatever I asked them to do during their session.  Couples like this make my job so much more fun.  Thanks for being so laid back.  Looking forward to your wedding at the incredible Villa Antonia in Austin, TX.

Sarah & Chris had a fantastic afternoon wedding in Athens, TX.  When I first met with them they were unsure about doing a First Look, I’m so glad they changed their mind.  We were able to get so many great shots of just the two of them flirting and enjoying their wedding day.

I ADORE couples who are totally lost in themselves during their first dance.  Justin of P3 Pro Sound did a great job keeping folks on the dance floor.

… speaking of the dance floor, this kid OWNED it.  He was all over the place.

If you look in the background you can see Jeff Heimer of JMH Pro.  Chris surprised Sarah by having him come film their wedding.  She was giddy when she found out.  (It almost beat out their First Look on the emotion scale.)
