Another wedding at the Belgium House, another wedding with The Mug Machine.  Gini & Charlie tore it up!

I LOVE when families go through this thing.  Christmas card photo? Check.

This was part of the toast Gini’s dad gave.
“Two things I told Charlie when he asked for Gini’s hand
1. She knows how to shoot a gun.
2. I taught her.”

I feel a sense of urgency to get their photos edited and back to them quickly.

I was lucky enough to be able to shoot my sister-in-law and her family this past week.  They have been overseas in Hong Kong the last few years and just recently moved to Austin where Nathan is the preacher man at Milwood Baptist.  They have a fantastic little family and my kids just adore getting to visit and play with their cousins so a min-vacation/family shoot was in order.

After a while we dropped off the rug rats and had some “adult session” time.  These are some of my favorites.

Let’s see…. where to start…

Should I start with the fact that Megan is a photographer and is super picky about who photographs her?

Should I start with the fact that her dress could have done this bridal session all on it’s own.  (It’s that amazing.)

Should I start with the fact that Megan & Mitch’s engagement session was so epic I had been looking forward to her bridals since I finished shooting her Engagements?

Should I start with the fact that I can’t wait to see what crazy magical wedding goodness I’ll be able to document with my friends the McKellars at Megan’s June wedding?

Should I start with the fact that I was so eager to post these that I forgot to comment on them before I published the post earlier today?

I know…. I’ll start with one of the first frames I shot at her bridal session…. BOOM!

You rocked your bridal session like few brides have before.  Way to go.

Gini & Charlie are full of great expressions.  They are some of the nicest people I have met and had such a great time hanging out with them on their wedding day at The Belgium House.  Let’s go right to the First Look!

After a few moments alone Gini gave Charlie his wedding day gift.

Then Charlie gave Gini her gift.  I think she liked it.

The Belgium House also offers you the option of having them do the flowers.  These came out terrific.
Anytime Lori’s Eats & Sweets is catering I can’t wait to get tot he reception. :)DJ Daddy Co kept the dance floor moving the rest of the day.

Casey & Tony met the old fashion way.  They met on MySpace. :)  Just a few weeks after he was deployed over seas so they kept in touch the really old fashion way; writing letters.  I love that we were able to work some of them into the session.
