Melinda & Chris had lived in Ft. Worth for a while but never been to the stockyards.  We fixed that on their engagement shoot. :)

I adore this last image.  Hair-crazy-wind blowing-squeezing-hugging-kiss shot.

Casey & Tony met the old fashion way.  They met on MySpace. :)  Just a few weeks after he was deployed over seas so they kept in touch the really old fashion way; writing letters.  I love that we were able to work some of them into the session.

What up party people? You know what time it is. It’s Top 10 time. That’s right, it’s time to take a quick look back at 2010 and see what some of the best images were. We will be looking at a 5 categories this week and we are kicking it off with some smoking hot engagement images.

Quick run down of the rules. You can vote on each category once. There will be a new category every day this week. Then the polls are closed and the winners will be announced Jan 17th. Megan & Mitch were so much fun to shoot.  Every year I get a few couples that I know I would want to be friends with “in real life” and these two instantly moved onto that list.  Megan is actually a photographer herself so her choosing me to shoot her wedding was kinda a huge deal. :)  (She’s also getting Vanessa McKellar to film her wedding.)  Anyway, on to the images.  We started at the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens.  Very very fun stuff.

This was the part of the session where I started calling Mitch “Hollister”.  He was totally a rock star model.

These two met at the gym where they both trained so we figured it would be a good place to shoot. :)  We were right.

Thanks again for a fantastic morning.  Can’t wait for your bridals.  We are going to blow Mitch’s brains with what we come up with.

I had two engagement sessions in Dallas yesterday.  Both of them blew my brains out with their level of cool.  Check it.
